You might try Travelers site for the glove morph (makes cuff on the upper arm) then you can use the grouping tool to select the areas you need to color as the glove, make as a new material and assign color. THEN simply make one finger on the hand invisible......you can scale the other fingers maybe a bit...tadaaaaa! Scarab <-sounds good to me....
