Ahhh, but you see, it's NOT 'just a bathroom'. Those of us who do 'reality' renders need things like this, because life happens in them. One of the things that always amazes me (mainly in video games) is that designers forget to include simple things that make the environment believable...like bathrooms. Id Software's 'Doom' series of games had huge military complexes....not one bathroom. So, it's not 'just a bathroom'...it's a piece of reality, and one that I for one will get great use out of.
