Okay .. I think you aren't finishing the process. if you are patched and want to export a head morph for example you would go through the export process and then would get the heiarchy sheet for what you want to export and then you click just the head. At this point it will ask how many frames (or before, not positive) and then you should have another dialog box that comes up asking for things like "mexport as a morph target", "weld seams" and stuff liek that .. if you dn't have that then you are not fully patched ... hope that helps
