If you don't like the license, its your perogative not to buy from her. I personally have no problem as I keep this data anyway, for everything I buy, including Stefania. Its come in handy on occasion with Daz, when I've accidently lost stuff I bought there. But any merchant, whether its spelled out in the license or not, is going to ask for this data if its possible that the textures were stolen and being used in a commercial product of some kind.
