I'd say some dirty smudges or dirt piles around the floor were called for - it seems odd to see a place that's run down and cluttered w/garbage and there be no dirt. There's a dark area towards the bottom middle of the image, but to me it looks like a shadow as opposed to dirt. Maybe also a few rat or mice or bugs, whatever. G I like the image setup tho - good assortment of elements about the room and good set up w/the props.
