Ok, here's a sideview of the wireframe, I had to scale everything way down so you could see it. You see in order for the falloff to work without acting as a light itself, the scene has to be gaigantic. But anyway, it's pretty self explainatory, I used volumetric gel maps on all the lights, the postwork was done in photoshop ot make it glow more. And atm I am being lambasted for not purchasing snagit, so ignore that please.
