Actually if you email sales@daz3d.com they should be able to set up a gift certificate manually for you. I just had to do this a few weeks back... granted my situation could be difference since I broker with DAZ, I didn't actually get charged for the gift certificate, they just took it out of the amount that they owed me for stuff that I had sold... but I'm sure you can works something out with them to get it set up.
