I noticed it this morning as well. I suppose it has it's pros and cons, but it kind of irritated me, because when I am browsing the galleries I often prefer to open up several pictures in different windows for looking at and commenting, it often works MUCH faster for me that way. Same with the marketplace. Although reading through this entire thread, perhaps its a moot issue at this point. :) But if it's not, how about making only the larger images themselves unclickable? Although I agree with most, it doesn't really have much affect. Just my 2 1/2 cents.
