Having worked for a very big community in the past, I'm going to reassure you: switching to a free-membership community to a pay one is pure suicide. Mostly for the reasons stated by Zhann in the above post, so I really don't think this will happen. All in all, we're talking about Renderosity, not Corel... :) S.
