You don't reap any benefit from hosting the Job Forum, whereas I have benefited a lot. Penalizing Renderosity for the bad behavior of a few was juvenile of me, myself. But it is a true thing that you cannot police everyone's behavior, and so the rest of us have to try to make all people welcome here,... or we won't have a site we'll want to be participating in.
