A notebook will always be somewhat slower than a desktop with comparable specs. The internal bus speeds are usually lower in notebooks and the entire design is optimized for size rather than speed. The problems in notebooks are usually cooling and power consumption, and solutions to cope with that has priority over speed. Your specs looks pretty good though, even if more RAM wouldn't hurt.
