Cryo, sounds like the whole experience was a very fustrating one for you. But the people here are excellent to deal with, given the opportunity. And you would be the one to lose out in the long run by not getting goods from here. The talent and experience here is substantial, in fact you'd be hard pushed to find better elsewhere.
