Just for the record, Rebekah and I have a number of pretty effective mechanisms in place between email, forums on our site and the fact that our business phone number is publicly available right of the site as well, through which we work very hard to maintain the uttmost quality in customer support. Anyone who has dealt with us on any number of levels can atest to our dedication in this regard. I only mention these things because in an instance such as this I feel it is very important that the customer facing issues with a product understand that there are numerous channels open to them to rectify the problem, both through Renderosity and Sixus1.com. Anyone who knows me on a personal level will know that I am a very irritable person when it comes to a product or service not fulfilling my expectations and it is with that in mind that I work very hard to bring my customers the same level of satisfaction that I would personally expect.
