Ah...I think he just needs to clear his inbox. The report says: "account is full (quota exceeded)" and until he does not clean up his inbox, nobody can send email to him... That happens quite often with free email accounts - they tend to have limited space. Try sending him an IM if he is a member here on Rosity too. Or just try it again until it gets through. Or maybe if you had images attached, take them out and only send the text message. He might have just that little space free for a simple text message to get back to you.
