For your second Q you must have told it no at some point because after that it won't ask again and it won't memorize them. Only thing you could do is reinstall XP but that's a lot of bother. I did that one time and lived to regret it, too many passwords to remember, to many places to put them = a lot of typing. Your first Q I'm going to have to think about 'cos I'm using professional and they are slightly different. Catlin
