As mentioned above, a party of orcs shouldn't look like a corps de ballet with identical warts, scars, and tattoos. Now, ritual scarifcation as tribal identity would pass (I'm thinking of certain African tribes where the boys get scars marking them as men of a particular clan when they come of age), but even in that case, the marks wouldn't be as identical as what you get off the same texture map. I'd have roughened areas (knuckles, elbows), but let the new owner decorate his gnome or hobgoblin. Having the scars as a freebie layer would be nice. Besides, weren't you worried about fitting them into tuxedos just last week? Carolly
