How are you going to get away with using the "Hummer" name? No one has yet trademarked it for 3D Models or Digital Content as far as I know, and it's not using any artwork on a logo that would be a copyright violation. I could be wrong. It might be that someone has trademarked the name 'hummer' for 3D Models. I'm sure it's trademarked for a lot more than just automobiles.
