Or even insinuated that the program has no bugs. That would be a little unrealistic don't you think? Show me a program that is tauted as having no bugs and I'll show you a lying salesman. LOL... Please don't put words in my mouth. I have enough problems with my own. ;) Actually I know quite a bit about bugs myself. I was doing QA for about 10 years before starting my own business. I don't seem to know where they are trying to pass it off as user error either. I certainly am not. All the best, Lawny
