So I Clothified my conformer & all that, but when I calculated my sim, the cloth rode up (as I expected), but it retained wrinkles where it slid pat the nipple.... Any ideas how to fix this? TIA; FreeBass

Clothify a conformer ? You mean taking a conformer and making it an obj so that you can use it in the cloth room, right ? It might be that the mesh is not adapted to this purpose. Or that you cloth settings do not allow enough iterations for the drapping and the cloth simulation.

I would reduce the fold resistance to zero and add an extra 15 frames to the animation to allow the cloth to settle. Remember to change the number of frames in both the animation window and the Simulation settings.

The problem is that your cloth is not "flattenable". In the real world, clothes are made from flat pieces of fabric. As a crude example, suppose you modeled a hemisphere in your favotire 3d app. Now, if you try to flatten it with a cloth simulator, it won't work, because it is inherently non-flat. The only way to flatten such a thing is to changed the triangle edge lengths appropriately, or to "cut" it strategically. That is why real clothes have darts. Of course, this doesn't really solve your problem, but it may lead you to a solution.
