That's a tall order, I guess you would have to scale down the garment, and then use a lot of magnets to fit everything, export the mesh and then create a brand new cr2. I have been making clothes for the MilGirl and her body has very little in common with Vickie. Easier to make the stuff from scratch IMHO.
