Could you amplify "It didn't work"?

Wondering why you are asked to calculate frames for a static pose is not an unreasonable question. It took me a while to get my head round it also. What I found was that Poser needed to calculate where the cloth needs to be, its not like conforming clothing. It does this in a series of steps or frames. If we want to drape cloth over the figure then the form that the cloth will take will be dependant on how its applied. Fall under gravity? Pulled across from the side? In either case motion is involved, and the results will vary. You can not just tell Poser to "Drape the cloth" . The gnomes that make it all work will be scratching their heads saying, "Drape? which way, how?" If you don't tell them then THEY all go down the pub with the result that "it didn't work".
