Hiya Sargon am a little late also, but was learning how to use the im's here grins welcome to the kewlest place in town....grins you may also want to try a cone type shape, and edit the size and shape to make the sparks fly, then perhaps use a volume texture on it of some type with some ambiance and reflection color settings....also, a small light indise the cone will help to light up the sparks from the inside to make it look like they come from the source...
