Hey ouatcha - If you're running XP try turning off the fancy curved windows and scrolling interfaces in your windows/properties. Those are useless anyway and slow the whole machine down for more than just Poser but Poser doesn't work well with those UI enhancements. Also switch on fast tracking. I sometimes have to switch down to ctrl-8 smooth poly preview mode when I have large scenes. BTW Max will make you do the samething. You can't load up huge environments and preview them fully textured with any decent speed.
