If you don't need something very detailed, most spotlights consist of a cylinder, two blinds (flaps,) and a support rod, so you should be able to create one very easily in Vue using primatives. If I recall correctly, RuntimeDNA has a prop for Poser in their free section called "Cyber Arena" or something like that. It includes a circle of spotlights. You could easily export one of them for use in Vue. Good luck!
