Use the bodyhandles on the side of the head (lhair, rhair, I believe) and Pivot them around, as well as make use of the Swell morph in negative #'s (you'll need to puff the beard back up with morph and fiddle with the mustache.) With any posing, it's a lot of dial turning and experimenting.
