I was myself surprised, as I always had used my serial to login at e-on's site. But this has changed, I'm stupid, e-onsoftware had to explain it to me:-) To login for the updates, you need 1. to introduce your e-mail address 2. write your ZIP CODE, not your serial. Then it works. Good luck:-) Guitta
