Dunno, sounds a little "pleading" to me without offering much in the way of marketing research or help, which we could easily provide. At the end of the day they won't give a...well they won't give anything for heartstrings...they will for profits. Not sure where I'd go but getting some "good" numbers about market size or market share my buy a conversation with them. I'm in wherever you land though....
