Regarding support, we answer all questions posted to our technical support center usually within 24-48 hours (yesterday was national holiday). But, if you send questions by e-mail, it's very possible that you won't get an answer: we get thousands of spam every day on those e-mail addresses, and our spam filters occasionaly delete valid messages (especially if you send the same message to several addresses). That's one of the reasons why we setup the support center. We didn't do Siggraph this year because we were busy finalizing Vue Pro. Also, last year's Siggraph was a bit disapointing...
