Wow! Catlin just pointed me to this thread--there's a lot here! I have a plane to catch presently, so I'll be brief: This petition is a great idea. I hope it can have some impact. I won't belabor my cynicism about the bean counters at coporations the size of Corel (or Meta), but it's always worthehile speaking up.
