Also they say they are based out of Beaverton Ore but just try to get an answer from anyone there. I was under the impression, (based on what I was told on the phone when I finally did reach someone in Oregon), that they just take orders, no tech support or other help. So are they trying to make folks think that they are an easily reached U.S. company? Not slamming them, but would like some answers here. They don't give the software away, they sell it, and they need to be more aware of the concerns of their use base and not take attitude with us because we would like more information. Marque
