Traveler and Judith are often on the Product forum...you could contact them throught their Renderosity accounts. Also, they have a Site and Store Contact forum on site...each of the moderators has an email contact form if you click on the name. That might work. They give this address: syyd@runtimedna.com for product support. Only other thing I can think of is that the email address might be case sensitive.
