More information is coming REAL SOON NOW as I mentioned over on the Macintosh forum. Marque, yes, we are based in Beaverton, Oregon. We also have offices in France, and elsewhere. All support for Vue 4 is handled by email and free. The phone number you probably called was our reseller line, which is a sales line. We dont have tech support staff in the Beaverton office. If you check at Nike's world headquarters, also in Beaverton, you'll see that they dont make shoes there either (Im always struck by the irony that across the street from Nike's HQ is an awful looking trailer park).
