Lindy55... morph obj files are designed to be applied to a corresponding body part. What I did for ease of retrieval & cataloging was to create a subfolder in my poser directory called "morphs" with appropriate sub folders (P4 male/P4 Female/ Vicki, etc etc) & then d/l the morph into it's applicable directory. Adding a morph is fairly simple... just double click on the body part you want to apply it to & a dialog box will pop up. One of the choices is "Add morph target". After going to your now well-ordered folders :-) and selecting the morph you'll have the option to name it. Always opt to do so with something descriptive, otherwise you'll get a bunch of parameter dials called "shape1" "shape2" etc. After you close the pop up window you'll see that you have a new parameter dial with whatever name you've selected. This is what controls your morph & you should be all set to go.
