Part of the point of Stephanie was to get a female with a better mesh than V1, while still using the same JPs and so clothes. Since the third generation figures already use the same mesh there'd be no point in doing that, and although a female figure with male JPs might have its uses the need for yet another clothing line would probably just annoy people. They could achieve much the same effect with a new morph pack for V3 with real body changes (and wasn't Anton asking how we wanted extra channels added in anticipation of such a pack?).
