This could also be a virus, MSBlaster rebooted computer frequently as well, though the freezing web pages is odd. I would get a virus checker and double-check nothig nasty is playing silly sods with your computer. It could be overheating or the power supply. Invest in a decent power supply, lots of wattage and a good fan, also get a fan for the inside of the case (you should have a mounting for one on the back of the case.
