What kind of mat? A MAT pose file or a doormat? If it's the former, a MAT to do what exactly? There are MATS to change skin tone, MATS to change textures, MATS to change eyes, change hair colours and so forth. If it's the latter, it will probably be a prop, and not specific to V3.
