Not to sound...I don't know...but I have a lot of customers come in with this problem too - I work at the Wal-Mart Photolab. Questions I ask are: Did you drop the camera? Did it get wet? Are the batteries new? How old is it? Is it used often? lol!!! Most of the time they tell me they dropped the camera. Or cause the battery is dead.- Maybe it's the type of battery you are using? If we can't solve the problem we tell them to take it to a special camera shop to get it looked at...it might be a wireing issue or something? I have no clue! I hope I helped.
