Just pose her the way you want in Poser and export her as an obj-file, most modelling programs can read that. Select "Export" from the File menu and select "Wavefront OBJ" as export format. (Have Vicky selected as the active figure when doing it) She will be exported as posed, but she is of course not posable in the modelling program.
