Hmmmmm... I think Jocelyn Elders was more than just "staff". I think she was the Surgeon General under the Clinton Adminsitration. Her remarks about masterbation wre is response to sexually-transmitted diseases... and she eventually lost her job because of her comments. It seems that too many conservative people thought that the Surgeon General shouldn't be going around saying the masterbation is a good thing. I think they wanted her to say that masterbating would cause a person to go blind or that whenever you did it, God would kill a puppy, or that you would grow hair on your palms or that it causes acne.
