Eyecon, I'm going to be politically OBNOXIOUS in an effort to restore your sense of self. More than 3,000 people die EVERY SINGLE day, and MANY of these deaths are from more violent or malevolent causes than terrorism. Don't let the media hype convince you, not for another single birthday, that ANY certain date is more tragic than any other date. It's YOUR birthday. Take it back from those morose fools who think for some reason anyone is immortal, or innocent, and that people don't deserve to die. I grow tired of people whining and blubbering over a hate-related incident. Who's crying about the thousands of Palestinian's killed? Who's crying about the TENS OF THOUSANDS of people killed around the world in CIA/USA-sponsored warmongering? Who's crying about the massive damage humans do to each other every day...? Don't get down about such things, Eyecon. It is the meaning of our lives that we learn to have hope in the face of such atrocities, and work towards a better world.
