Subject: Where do I go to complain about a product???

Thanks Marque...exactly how I feel.......:(. I have NEVER had ANY complaints about any products I have ever purchsed...I wished I had looked at this sooner....the 1st time I've had a need to use it & in crunch time...oh well...
