Subject: The Perfect Head Morph

I just did the modeling of a head in zbrush from a michael2 head I exported from poser, when I morph it onto mike2 head it accepts the vertices but the morph does'nt do anything on the dial. I followed the tutorial here and it does'nt seem to work, any suggestions?

Try importing your morph target as an OBJ, with all the import boxes unchecked. That will tell you whether Poser "believes" your mesh or not - you should see your new head appear in the place where Mike's would be. If you see Mike's normal head appear, something's wrong. :)
