Yeah .. The grey kinda matches the hair a little two well. That is the problem :) I am making him Tolkien which is more Grey than Green .. Warhammer made them green and D&D gave them pig heads. Go figure :) Basically they should be are varoius shades of grey and grey black. Have a few other face textures and he is missing the bump maps to punch it even further but think he turned out well. Morphing him from scratch was kind of interesting too. Silly ears were a pain but fortunately I found someone to use Morph Mirror on his head. Have another 20 some figures to show as well ... geesh.
