I've seen it and I agree it's probably memory. Try shutting off everything extra that's running, tray applications, unnecessary services, etc. You might also try getting the free CacheRam utility (link on CL's site) to reclaim any memory that isn't released when applications exit. Either that or buy more memory. If you're running Win 98, Windows 2000 or XP does a better job of managing memory.
