Go to : start>my computer>documents and settings>the folder with the account you go online with>local settings>and there you should find cookies, temporary internet files and your temp folder where Murkysoft puts all it's temp files. This is the path I take but I'm using XP so if there are any errors then perhaps someone with a better knowledge of Win98 could amend it. Hope this helps Ang. 8) Catlin
