Hi, As soon as you send the email with the security information, we will set you downloads right away as long as it is within our business hours listed at the top of this page. Also I have seen some AVS failures come through from your account where you are trying to purchase and the system either can't verify your address or the address is wrong. Please do not keep pushing the make secure purchase button. You need to follow the instructions with that error to contact us at our toll free number so we can verify manually. Everytime you push the make secure purchase button and you get an AVS failure error, you are putting that amount in "pending" on your credit card. Stacey Renderosity Store
