Do a Google search for Proxomitron. It's a small app that acts as a proxy server between your browser and the web and allows you to do virtually anything to the content before it hits the browser, filtering, replacement etc. I suspect you could pretty easily configure it to resize images and even filter out annoying posters in the Poser forum - not that there are any of those of course.
