No one has said the quality of the items is a problem, they are top quality and I have liked most, with the exeption of the last texture that was never fixed and the little people type stuff. I just think in this day and age of email you should be able to get a shorter response time and not be totally ignored in some cases. If you take my money and don't give me an answer when I have a question that is annoying. Even an auto response is better than nothing and doesn't take that long to set up with an explaination. Marque
