Since I do not know you, I applaud your apparent dedication to taking care of "your" members. However, this attitude is not pervasive throughout this site by a long shot; although, IMHO, it should be.

This leads us to another nagging issue: Consistency. I will not beat this horse too much, because it has been mentioned ad nauseam; yet it still seems to be an issue at times.
