Maybe some bubbles coming out of her mouth??? Or you could show one of her hands in the shark's mouth and only one hand reflected in the mask. For thumbnailing I use Corel Photopaint, but I imagine that the paint program that comes with windows would do it also. I usually just resample the pic down to the size needed for my thumbnail.
